01What we do
We design the American plan, hire the people to run it, and make it move.
Europe builds the best agricultural and processing equipment in the world. America is its largest market, and the hardest to read from across an ocean. We navigate it for a living. You get the plan, the people, and someone to ensure success.
Sales channel strategy
Get your machines in front of the people who buy them, through the hands that can sell and support them. We map American dealers, distributors, OEM partners and integrators, recruit the ones who will actually move your equipment, and give them a plan with numbers attached. We do not run your sales. We build the network that does, and we hold it to the plan.
Supply chain for American manufacturing
Build here without importing every bolt. Steel, castings, hydraulics, electronics and controls sourced from American and nearshore suppliers, vendors qualified, inbound parts flowing to your plant, and finished machines and parts moving to dealers and customers. Designed by someone who has run operations on this side of the Atlantic and knows where they break.
Real estate and site strategy
The right ground, chosen before you fall in love with the wrong building. Where the plant goes, where the parts depot goes, where the service centers go: land, labor, utilities, freight access and neighbors, weighed against your numbers. We set the criteria, shortlist the regions, and direct the local brokers, attorneys and engineers. We are not your broker. We make sure you have the right one.
Manufacturing facility strategy
A first American plant is the biggest bet a European equipment maker takes here. Build, buy or contract; full manufacturing or final assembly; which lines come first. We pressure test the decision against real American costs, labor and permitting before a shovel moves, then assemble the site, workforce and compliance team that carries it through.
Economic incentive strategy
States and counties compete for manufacturing projects like yours. Most companies never make them. We know the agencies and the people in them, we position your project so they say yes, and we lead the negotiation alongside your counsel: incentive packages, tax treatment, workforce grants, land.
Team building and activation
The part every other consultancy leaves to you. Plant leadership, sales and dealer managers, parts and service leads, local advisors. We recruit them, put them in one room with one plan, and stay in it until the operation runs without us. A strategy is only as good as the people who show up on Monday.
05How it works
From a first call to a working American operation.
Insight
Two to four weeks. We map your product, your buyers and your constraints against the American market, using what we know and who we know, and tell you plainly whether and where it works.
Plan
A market entry strategy with named dealers, regions, sites, suppliers, incentives and a budget. Not a deck to admire, a plan to act on.
Team
We recruit and align the dealers, suppliers, advisors and hires the plan calls for, from our own network.
Activate
We put the plan in motion, host the visits, sit in the key negotiations and hold the team to it until your operation runs on its own.
